The price includes the use of the lobby, seating area, stage, dressing rooms, and (non-public) restrooms for a 4-hour block (please specify times when ordering). Chair rental is included. The theatre seats up to 72 people.

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for reservation and all rentals are subject to availability. Each tech operator is an additional $20.00 with a minimum of 1 tech operator required.

Concession sales staff and concessions are provided by the theatre at no cost to the renter.

100% of the proceeds from concession sales will be used to improve the theatre, restock supplies, and keep the lights on.
